Director of Development and Community Relations
We are seeking a flexible, highly capable nonprofit leader to direct the internal operations of our growing Development and Community Relations team. This is a senior-level role for a proven professional who understands both strategy and execution, can carry a personal workload, and strengthen systems while leading a team to excellence.
Working closely with the Vice President of Development and Community Relations, this position oversees the internal fundraising, marketing, and community relations functions that drive the success of our annual fund, currently $5.3 million, and other key initiatives. The Director ensures the operational strength, structure, and accountability necessary to sustain and grow the mission of Black Mountain Home for Children, Youth, and Families.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a base level of $75,000. We offer an excellent benefits package, including a fully paid health insurance plan and a generous retirement contribution.
